Technology Advanced T-shirts
Instead of prints on T-shirts, there is talk of videos and slide shows and other types of media on shirts. “Wearable Resistance” is a dress with LCD text images that scroll. “The Hug Shirt” offers hugs by the use of sensors to create the strength, heart-beat and warmth of another body. Another type of shirt, which I think is almost creepy, can track your exact location and relay the information to a computer within a social networking site. I personally wouldn’t wear any of these clothing items but I do find it pretty interesting and a possible advancement for business advertisements.
After looking at this I can’t even imagine what we will be like 10 years from now. We will probably have self washing clothes that change themselves.
Now this is taking it to the extreme. Although very interesting, clothes should not have videos and media on it. Clothes are already a distraction, whose going to watch someone’s shirt to see the news. That’s what TV’s are for. But, i guess this is the future. INTERESTING
