Cubans gain access to cell phones
Previously, Castro only allowed Cubans involved in foreign firms or who held high positions to manage cell phones. But on Friday, Castro declared that the common Cuban can now use a cell phone. Cubans who were illegible for cell phones would often get foreigners to sign contracts to get them phones. Cubans make little money and their life is ran by the communist government. It’s sad that they are just now receiving communication that America has been using so freely.
