Wikipedia is a community project – a carefully planned, but flexible group effort – to create a wide range of useful and authoritative content on the web. Anyone can write for Wikipedia. Anyone can make changes to existing articles. If I retired today, one of the things I woud do (among many) is throw some time and effort the various wikipedia projects.
