i finally let someone else drive my car.

when i left the bar last week, i didn’t have much of a choice. but the next day, after hanging out on the beach, i let mike drive us back to stockton. and it was such a great feeling. i was able to go through my cd book and dj without being a road hazard; i slouched all the way down into the passenger seat without worrying that i couldn’t see the road; i even put my feet on the dash and stared at all the drivers in the right lane that we passed. i know it was only a thirty-minute car ride, but it was so relaxing to not be the driver. i could definitely get used to that.
