Day 4
June 14, 2009
Location: Back somewhere in the North Atlantic
Preface: This post (as well as several following this) will retell, in a hopefully humorous manner, my recent cruise to Canada.
Now, on to the good part (click for more)
To all of those who dedicatedly read this blog and pray for more updates, I have a present. In a week, you, the loyal reader(s), can experience another multi-post cruise recap of my trip to… (more…)
Yes, that title may seem a little rude, but I would like to know. Sign up, leave comments and I will try to gather the inspiration to post on here more.
As September turns into October (well it will in a few hours), summer has yet to really become fall and I still haven’t found a job. It is a new year (happy 5769), and while it is a time of change, there is also a lack of change for lots of reasons. (I just realized I used “change” a lot, and then this could get political, I don’t do politics in my blogs)
I want more stuff on my blog, I want readership. So I extend to you, the reader, an invitation:
Join my blog! Feel free to post funny (or not funny) stories, observations or news. Have a problem or just a question? Post it here and the community will come together (like the interweb has a way of doing) to help however they can.
Also, tell your friends about this blog and encourage them to join.
I will try to make posts about whatever just so I have content, but I’m not sure what to write about. Have questions, comments, suggestions or something you want my input on, email me.
I know it kind of seemed like the story just -ended-, but it kind of did, we got picked up and went home. There are some things that just would not have fit in the recounting of the story, so I figured I would outline them here.
I want to make Schooner Juice, a pirate themed beverage for kids, we were going to have the friendly pirate from the Tortuga store in Key West that your family can take pictures with do it, but there is no pirate. You heard me, the pirate is a lie, but the cake they sell isn’t.
Apparently our chef was named Enjoy. Because the card with our strawberries said “FROM CHEF ENJOY”.
For everyone out there thinking of taking a cruise, I recommend it.
