When entering any career field it’s important to bring your own personal strategies and methods to the table. Lawyers have their strategies and doctors have their own methods but the key component is their ability to do their job in the most effective way possible. The same applies to teachers.  There are the four basic philosophies associated with teaching but at the same time teachers have been able to formulate their own. It greatly important to know that one way of teaching may work for one student whereas another one may work for another so being able to construct, alter, and adapt to all students helps not only the teacher but the students as well. Having general knowledge of all methods, strategies, and philosophies will prove most effective when compiling your philosophy.
